The PENNY PEARL CAPE is a showstopper! is A medium weight warm ivory tulle scattered with hundreds of 8mm ivory pearls, beautifully gathered in small pleats on the shoulders and dropping into a deep draped cowl back.

A Perfect way to add a touch of drama to your Bridal look. Theme with a plain dress to show her off in all her glory. Also works well with clean-line dresses with a small amount of detail.

Style Tip

Pair this cape with a pearl-themed comb headpiece or a simple satin bow for a classic look.

 Note on length

Due to the nature of the pearls on this veil we recommend to choose a length that matches the length of the train on the dress or just a few inches longer to avoid people standing on or slipping on the pearls.

Cape Width

This veil is approx 60" wide at the widest point meaning it's a nice full size to skirt most dress trains.

Colour - Bridal Ivory

A warm ivory shade. Great with mid-ivory to cream gowns. This veil is just a tad warmer than white but not cream or yellow.

How to attach to dress

This cape comes with neat pearl detailed ends without attachments. This is because each dress will need a different attachment method depending on its style. Your seamstress or dress maker can easy attach hooks or snappers to the cape to correspond with hooks/snappers on the dress to ensure the perfect match. It's a simple job for any seamstress so don't worry.

Lengths Available

Chapel - 90"

Cathedral - 110"

Length guide

Chapel a very popular choice at 90" this veil trails nicely behind the bride. Longer than most short dress trains the chapel length will sit longer than the end of the dress.

Cathedral A more dramatic choice at 110" this veil is quite long and is best suited to dresses with a longer train. Because of the soft draping of this style veil it tends to bunch together and so it is best worn nearest to the length of the dress or just slightly over, that way the veil rests on the dress and this helps it sit nice and wide.
