Important Delivery Update

Due to ongoing issues with international customs, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend delivery to the UK and destinations outside the EU.

Recent changes and increased difficulties with customs across a number of regions have resulted in several parcels being unnecessarily delayed or returned to us. This has not only created significant additional costs for our small business, but more importantly, has meant letting customers down, something we never want to do.

To ensure a more reliable delivery experience, for the time being we will be shipping exclusively to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and EU addresses.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to reinstate wider international shipping once we are confident that we can provide the reliable service our customers expect.

Delivery Times 

Most items are available for immediate dispatch others have a creation time of 3-14 days. Refer to each listing for a guide on specific creation times. Allow time for shipping after creation, see below.

Rush Orders

If you are in a hurry for that perfect accessory just email us at info@kynamaree.com and we can see if a rush order is possible. We always try to accommodate last minute orders where possible. 

Click & Collect

We offer a click-and-collect service. Orders can be collected from our studio on Saturdays between 10-1pm. Please wait for a pick-up notification before calling to the studio. Please note the studio is closed on bank holiday weekends. 

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the where in the world you are located. I am based in Ireland and use our national carrier AnPost to ship orders.
Generally from time of completion order will arrive within the following timeframe, please also allow time to clear customs and watch for customs notifications to avoid delays.

Ireland : 1-3 working days
Great Britain : 3-5 working days (temporarily suspended)
Europe : 3-5 working days
UAE : 6-9 working days (temporarily suspended)
USA : 6-9 working days (temporarily suspended)
Australia : 6-9 working days (temporarily suspended)
Rest of World: 9-14 working days (temporarily suspended)

Christmas/Black Friday/New Year

As is widely known every year postal services come under pressure at sale/holiday times, please allow extra time for delays during these times.
